MySAS’s Sustainability Objectives

MySAS seeks to ensure underlying SDA dwellings that it finances include clean energy technologies such as solar PV and climate appropriate design and insulation methods to the extent feasible.

In addition, MySAS aims to work towards carbon neutrality to help support climate change mitigation and plans to acquire Carbon Offsets equal to the net emissions of dwellings that are in use by tenants.

Sustainability initiatives have been designed to improve the energy efficiency and minimise emissions in the homes which MySAS commits to finance. The scope of sustainability initiatives will vary across the investments made by MySAS which will include a variety of built forms.
