Kate is an Executive Director in the Client Solutions Group in Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). She leads MAM’s capital raising initiatives in the real estate sector across the Asia Pacific region, responsible for raising capital for real estate funds and assets across the region, both developing new products in the region and ensuring Asia Pacific investors access MAM’s global real estate investment opportunities.
Carrie Hamilton is a finance professional committed to the growth of the Australian affordable housing industry. She is a qualified city planner with 20 years’ experience working in property development and affordable housing roles in the United States and Australia, focusing on development management and project debt/equity strategy.
At MySAS, Daniel leads the team through its business strategy, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Daniel is an experienced lawyer and CEO. Much of his career was spent as General Counsel for the Meriton Group, spanning property acquisition, development, and management, as well as the serviced apartment industry. Daniel also led hotel development projects with ASX-listed Ariadne.
Hester is involved in the day to day operations and governance of MySAS, leading investments through the due diligence, investment and approval phases through to completion. Hester was a Division Director in Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) for over 16 years, before taking over a new role as Chief Operating Officer of MySAS from August 2021.
Paul has joined MySAS recently as Chief Information Officer to both drive the data strategy of the business and to lead the program to build the operational components of the business. Paul is excited about the opportunities to assist MySAS to become a critical player in disability housing in Australia.
Anne leads MySAS' finance function, having had broad commercial experience as a chartered accountant and in corporate organisations for many years across a range of industries including the gig economy, civil engineering, publishing and advertising.
Charles joined the MySAS team in 2023 and has a strong focus on commercial and financial analysis of new property developments, acquisitions, and growth initiatives. Charles is a Manager supporting the team on commercial and financial analysis of property developments and corporate development initiatives.
