SDA assets that are in geographically diverse locations.

How do we invest responsibly?

MySAS works directly with high quality SDA providers and a network of supported independent living providers – those who best understand the lifetime approach to the needs of people with disability – to harness the power of collective action to drive better outcomes.

With these partnerships, we believe we can meaningfully contribute to the development of SDA nationally by working with not-for-profit or other value-aligned organisations, to assist in dwelling design and procurement and marketing of the accommodation to prospective customers. We can also facilitate the provision of services needed by customers living in the properties.

Initially focused on new-build properties in Australia’s mainland cities, located close to key infrastructure amenities, we expect to build on capability in the sector, with the support of our investor clients.

MySAS is directly involved in the creation of more than 230 new SDA dwellings across Australia.

All homes have been assessed for opportunities to meet current best practices for environmentally sustainable accommodation.
